In late 2023, I delivered a short piece of discovery and ideation work for British Airways. I was provided with a short project brief compromising of project goals and background of the problems. I was afforded two weeks to ideate on solutions, liaise with subject matter experts in interviews and group study sessions. The work secured a large contract with the IAG British Airways which contributed a "significant proportion of income to Club Dekker in Q1" of 2024.
